DELIVERY & SHIPPING RATES


We want you to wear your jewelry as quickly as possible. In-stock orders are shipped within five business days of being received. Please allow a few extra business days if you are requesting a clasp change or re-stringing to a different length. If a little more time is needed, we will be in touch with you shortly after your order has been placed. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once Jewelry Pacifica mails your order, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping agent.

FREE SHIPPING is offered to all customers who live in the USA for orders over $100. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail in a flat rate box, that typically takes 3-4 business days from Hawaii. This method allows your package to be traceable through the United States Postal Service. Orders under $100 are typically shipped in the same manner for a fixed shipping and handling charge of $12.50. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped by Jewelry Pacifica.

Smaller packages under $50 (earrings) are shipped USPS First Class Mail that typically take 5-7 days from Hawaii with a fixed shipping and handling charge of $7.50.

SALES TAX

Jewelry Pacifica must charge sales tax on all items shipped within the state of Hawaii. (4.712%).

INTERNATIONAL RATES

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders will ship for a flat rate of $20.00 via Priority Mail International. You will be invoiced prior to shipping and payment can be made using most credit cards or PayPal. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped by Jewelry Pacifica.

Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Jewelry Pacifica. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect. If your country requires duties to be paid by the shipper prior to shipping, Jewelry Pacifica will charge your credit card that we have on file and will notify you by email.
