PLACING AN ORDER

You can place an order through our secure online shopping cart, using a major credit card, or you can call us and place an order over the phone. We can be reached at (808) 239-1104, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Hawaii Standard Time. Once your order is received, Jewelry Pacifica will immediately issue you a confirmation email. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you do not receive your confirmation.

CHANGING AN ORDER

If you change your order after you hit the send button, email your changes to orders@jewelrypacifica.com with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line. We will confirm your requested change prior to shipping. However, once your order has been packed and shipped, it can't be recalled or changed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

We want you to be happy with the piece that you purchase. Please read all descriptions carefully, being aware that large pieces can be heavy, and ask questions if necessary. Your satisfaction is important to us. We try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell, but if you feel that an item we send you is not consistent with the description, you may return the item for an exchange or a store credit. We do not offer a cash refund and the original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Returns are honored for full store credit if we are notified within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email us at orders@jewelrypacifica.com with RETURN in the subject line so we know the item is being returned. Please allow 1 business day for customer service to issue a RMA Number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items returned without notification or after the 14 day grace period are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Exchanges are also honored if we are notified within 14 days of the shipping date. Email us at orders@jewelrypacifica.com with EXCHANGE ORDER in the subject line. Let us know which in-stock item you would prefer. Please allow 1 business day for customer service to issue a RMA Number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items returned without notification or after the 14 day grace period are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Merchandise being returned must be received by Jewelry Pacifica within 15 days of the RMA number being issued. When returning merchandise, you must include a copy of your invoice with the item being returned. The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the return box. Free shipping does not apply to any order using your refund credit. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges and your replacement items will be shipped upon credit card payment.

WHAT IF MY ITEM NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED?

We hope you won't ever need a repair. However, just in case you do, we are happy to repair your item, free of charge for up to 60 days after purchase. Please note, as our merchandise changes often, some gemstones may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar. We will notify you by email if this is the case.
