DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?


Yes! We absolutely accept custom orders. If you see something you like in our web catalog, but want it somewhat different, please make contact. I may have the beads to fulfill your design request. Photographs of the piece will be emailed to you during the design process.

However, once payment has been made for a custom item or a personalized item it may not be cancelled. We find it necessary to enforce this policy because the items are made based on your request and are ordered or made specifically for you. All personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with Jewelry Pacifica. Of course if we have made an error on your order, we will replace the item at no charge to you.
